Shine Remote Wellness
Serving Covington
You feel stuck. Maybe it's the anxiety that kicks in every Sunday night. Maybe it's the same relationship patterns playing out again. Maybe you know what you want but can't seem to make it happen. In Covington, with all the history and change happening around MainStrasse and downtown, people are looking for ways to break through what's holding them back. When you search for the best life coach near me, Shine Remote Wellness is who picks up those calls.
If you keep hitting the same walls, don't try to push through them harder. The patterns that keep you stuck usually run deeper than willpower can reach. Real change happens when you get to the root of what's driving the cycle. Coaches who work with people across Northern Kentucky know this takes more than goal-setting and accountability. We pull from psychic insight, hypnotherapy, and energy healing to get underneath the surface patterns that keep recycling.
One client from the Licking-Riverside area put it this way: 'Jimi helped me see what I couldn't see about myself. Three months later, I finally left the job that was draining me and started my own practice.' That's what happens when you get to the real source of what's been stuck. If you're ready to stop running the same loops, we can help you find what's actually in the way.
Common Question in Covington
Stuck in the same patterns despite therapy
You know why your patterns started, you've processed the trauma, but somehow you still pick the same type of partner or sabotage yourself at work. Talk therapy reaches your thinking mind, but those automatic responses live deeper in your subconscious brain. Here in Covington, Shine Remote Wellness uses hypnotherapy to rewire those neural pathways directly, plus distance healing to clear the energetic blocks that keep you stuck in the same cycles.

Jimi Merk is a powerful healer. He asked me helpful & insightful questions so that I can start a journey to healing from my core blocks. My session with Jimmy was very powerful and gave me the tools I needed to continue on my healing journey. I highly recommend Jimi Merk if you are serious about removing core blocks in your life.

Jimi is life changing!! My first session was with him 10 years ago. In person. He healed my shoulder instantly. I couldn't believe when it was happening because I could feel all of the energy pulsating to it. He also told me I was going to have kids with a blonde. I was not planning on having kids. But it happened out of the blue. Met a blonde (now my wife w 2 girls) years later and within a few weeks she was pregnant with my first. I called him again in 2021 and he actually knew everything that was coming up in my future. From losing a Patent court battle, to losing money on an investment, he knew what was about to happen. Unfortunately it wasn't good. I was also sick, He told me I had a blood issue, none of the doctors could tell me anything. A week later I figured it out that I was insulin resistant. Then lost 30 pounds over the last year. He gave me clarity and really helped get me through what was to come. Now he's helping me refocus and build my positive future! Give him a call, you will not be disappointed!!

Jimi is one of the most magnetic individuals I've met and his positive energy seems infinite. He is masterful at holding space to connect to guides and delivers information in a direct, meaningful and compassionate way. Recently during our first interaction at a Body Mind Spirit Festival in NC he connected and shared something about my journey that was spot on, so I went all in for a reading and healing. Jimi tapped into numerous other things related to my lineage, tendencies and past lives that were hyper accurate and relevant. He has a brilliant way of explaining the ways of the Universe and how to align with and accept all that is available to us. Through his guidance, I realized how much of my daily existence and focus are actually not aligned with my needs and values and where I need to shift my attention. Jimi, thank you for forcing me onto the right path! I'm excited to apply your teachings and am eager to work with you again in the near future. Pura Vida!

I have been working with Jimi for 7 months on lifestyle practice and development (yoga with a physical, mental and spiritual healing component). When I first started working with him I felt 15 years older than I am. I struggled to do the simple things due to a lack of flexibility. In the past few months I have seen great improvement in my flexibility and strength as well as going from 264lbs to 212lbs. I feel years younger than I am now and have more confidence and peace than I think I've ever had. I would suggest working with Jimi to anyone who is looking to feel better.
